【陳韋劭／新北報導】昨晚10時許，新北市一名62歲的林姓男子在土城因酒駕遭警方攔檢，警方酒測後發現林男酒測值高達0.66毫克，林男還不服取締用三字經辱罵警方，訊後將依公共危險、妨害公務等罪嫌移送法辦。

警方表示，林姓男子昨晚和友人喝了2瓶保力達後，在返回三重途中因騎車搖晃不穩，且對紅綠燈號誌反應遲緩而被攔檢，林男酒測值達0.66毫克，警方立即將林男帶回偵訊。但林男在偵訊時卻大發酒瘋，以腳曾經受傷為由，不配合警方作直線和平衡測試，還不斷以三字經辱罵承辦警員。
