巴西東南部城市古里提巴市政府為防止世界盃世足球賽期間發生女性遭性侵事件，印製多語宣傳海報「不就是不」，提醒國內外遊客尊重女性。

巴西世足賽前，國內外媒體對當地的賣淫活動大肆炒作，間接造成許多遊客當街調戲良家婦女、不尊重女性的情況發生。

古里提巴（Curitiba）市政府指出，宣導活動的主旨是確保女性在巴西獲得應有的尊重，特別是在大型活動舉辦期間；而女性面對騷擾時，也要勇於說「不」。

婦女警察局資料顯示，2014年元月至4月間，古里提巴共記錄2480起女性遭受到暴力對待的檢舉案例，較去年同期增加25%。

宣導海報張貼在市內各主要交通幹道和觀光景點，有英語、西班牙語、俄語和德語4種版本。海報內文以紅色醒目大字寫著：「不就是不」，下面2行白色小字寫著：「不管你來自那裡，都應尊重我們的女性。」

巴西觀光部資料指出，至世足賽結束，古里提巴應接待近16萬名國內外遊客。26日貝沙達球場將舉行世界盃第4場、同時也是最後1場比賽─阿爾及利亞對俄羅斯。(中央社)
