開工日苗栗卻驚爆一起醫院驚魂！一名疑似有精神疾病的羅姓男子在和姊姊發生爭吵後，先是亂攔車，之後更持西瓜刀砸破要前往醫院砍診的一家三口乘坐的汽車；案發後，羅男已被警方依恐嚇等罪嫌，移送法辦。

根據了解，被害的徐姓男子在駕車載著八旬父母前往醫院回診時，突然被羅男駕車攔住，拍窗怒嗆，「你為何要擋我車？」隨即就被持西瓜刀怒砸車窗，讓徐男驚恐之餘，也覺得實在很倒楣。

案發後，羅男隨即被警方逮捕，但沒想到羅男在警訊時竟供稱，自己曾多次前往精神科醫院就診，只因不想被貼上「神經病」的標籤，才沒領殘障手冊；不過，訊後仍被警方依恐嚇等罪嫌，移送法辦。
