延長石油(00346)發佈盈利警告，預計截至2014年12月31日止年度將錄得淨虧損約47億港元，而2013年同期則實現淨利潤5300萬港元。

該虧損主要由於國際油價急速且持續下跌，並且徘徊於低水平，導致集團大額資產評估減值。
