【涂建豐／高雄報導】台灣第一座眷村免遭拆除，高雄市政府文化局今天表示，前天召開「古蹟歷史建築聚落文化景觀審議會，決議將鳳山黃埔新村登錄為文化景觀，成為法定文化資產。

黃埔新村配合眷改政策而面臨拆除厄運，但黃埔新村是孫立人將軍擘劃的台灣第一代眷村，原名「誠正新村」，後因陸軍官校在台復校而更名，是高雄1930至1980年代、作為軍事重鎮的具體象徵，記錄著時代變遷，深具歷史重要意義與特殊文化價值。
