台北賓館8日（星期六）開放民眾參觀，除了將播放「百年建築風華」及「整修工程紀錄」專題影片，及「百年回眸－台北賓館的故事」主題文物展外，也將安排本年2月份甫出生的小黑天鵝寶寶與民眾見面。

目前台北賓館的小黑天鵝寶寶共有11隻，分別由4對成年天鵝養育，小天鵝的誕生為台北賓館增添活力，外交部在台北賓館開放參觀當日，將在現場發送精美圖文書籤及鵝寶寶汽球等限量紀念品，與民眾共同分享新生命的喜悅。另外，外交部即將舉辦黑天鵝家族命名活動。

由於鵝寶寶出生未滿2個月，外交部籲請參觀民眾勿擅自餵食，以維護鵝寶寶的健康；另由於成年天鵝的地域性觀念強，會攻擊接近的陌生人，請大家在遠處觀賞，不要隨意靠近，以確保安全。

為維護古蹟及參觀品質，外交部也請民眾遵守「參觀注意事項」，在不影響古蹟安全及參觀秩序的原則下，室內開放照相，但禁止使用閃光燈、錄影機及觸摸文物，以妥善保存國家級歷史古蹟。

當天開放時間為上午8時至下午4時，最遲進場時間為下午3時30分。
