對新北市長朱立倫提出產檢假構想、台北市長郝龍斌呼籲加薪，直轄市長先後喊出利民的「小確幸」。行政院長江宜樺上午在立院備詢時表示，他不認為這是地方政府與中央政府唱反調。地方首長透過選舉產生，提出主張一定是對當地民意有所掌握，中央絕對尊重。但他也表示，這些主張是否具有全國一體適用的可能性，中央必須進一步思考，並放在社會脈絡中加以討論。

他舉例，增加休假可刺激消費的說法，但更根本、需要優先解決的問題，仍在於產業發展的成長，良好的產業表現，增加人民所得，民眾休假才能真正放鬆享受。
