京城劉朝森：房價基期低　不買高雄買哪裡

高雄房市到底好不好？是否已經上漲到階段臨界點？還是仍大有可為？高雄龍頭建商京城建設總經理劉朝森抽象地說：「高雄房市是美麗的。」表達對高雄房市的樂觀看法，他也認為，房價基期低是高雄最大的優勢，後市仍非常看好。
 
經過2年的飆漲，高雄房市持續發燒，但近來似乎有趨緩的現象，是否代表高雄房市上漲空間已小？劉朝森並不認同，他指出，不論氣候、人民或建築，高雄的好都是近期才慢慢被看見，不僅屢獲「宜居城市」大獎，進行中的建設亦多，造就了這幾年高雄房市的榮景，未來還是會很不錯。
 
劉朝森也表示，即便近期政府可能會有些對房地產有影響的政策，但高雄房價基期低，僅僅是台北房價的5分之1，還在半坡而已，不像台北已經高掛天空很久了，因此對未來高雄房市仍然相當看好。（陳建宇／高雄報導）
