yes123求職網今發布畢業生職涯規劃調查，發現今年對於學士學歷應屆畢業生，願給2萬5952元起薪，較去年增加1200多元；碩士學歷應屆畢業生，起薪願給2萬8522元，也較去年增加906元，但和新鮮人自己的期望月薪，仍落差近4到8千元。

一名英國藍帶廚藝學院畢業的甜點廚師，畢業後在六星級飯店工作，以為國外學歷能談到更好薪資，但月薪卻只有24~28K。
