是否開徵募兵捐？財政部長張盛和今天上午指出，目前未規劃也未研議。

立法院今天上午召開院會，列席備詢的張盛和在會前受訪時指出，財政健全方案已經提出，目前皆照方案進行，其中未規劃也沒有研議募兵捐此事。國防部長嚴明說，過去有討論過募兵捐的問題，後續會配合財政部的財政規劃來執行，現在還沒定案，「還沒有定案的事情，不會對外去講」。
